Payment methods
Paytrail:
Paytrail is a secure payment method for you. We have a payment institution licence from the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is operated by Paytrail Plc (business ID 2122839-7) and is part of the Nets family.
The Paytrail payment service forwards your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Paytrail Plc, we have forwarded your payment.
The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online shop takes care of the legal obligations related to the transaction and other obligations it determines itself. If you wish to make a complaint or return a product, you should contact the online shop directly from which the product was ordered.
When an online shop uses Paytrail's payment service, you can find a description of the service on their website, for example the terms of delivery.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Bank payments
You have access to payment buttons from all Finnish banks, either based on the eBanking interfaces provided by the banks or based on open banking interfaces. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspankki, POP-pank, Säästöpank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Your statement will show Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online shop, you will be redirected directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard and American Express cards. The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the card invoice and forwards the payment card payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. The card payment is made securely using a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods MobilePay and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases as a transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that app.
Apple Pay is a service on your Apple device that lets you pay for purchases using the payment card attached to your device.

Bill and instalment services through Paytrail are offered by OP and Walley. Walley also offers an invoice and instalment facility for corporate customers.
