Nothing. The migration is free when you order web hosting or a cloud server from us. We do not charge separately for it, however many sites or mailboxes are involved.
A typical website and its email usually move within 1–3 business days. Larger setups, such as online stores or environments with several sites, can take a little longer. We always give you an estimate before we start.
No. We build your site on our servers and test it first, and only then point the domain at the new address. Your old service stays up until that moment, so visitors never see the switch.
In practice, the credentials to your current provider’s control panel, or a ready-made backup of your site and database. If someone else manages your domain, we also need permission to change its name servers. We will walk you through where to find these if you are not sure.
Yes. We move the mailboxes along with their messages and folder structure whenever you ask for email to be included on the form. We will also tell you which settings to update in your own mail apps.
We migrate WordPress sites, online stores and plain static sites, along with most other common content management systems. If you are unsure whether your setup fits, just ask - we will tell you straight away whether the migration will work.
You can. The domain can be transferred at the same time and we will handle that for you too. A domain transfer is charged at the normal annual fee, which also extends the domain by a year.
