Protect your account email too

Use a unique, strong password for NordicHost and keep it in a password manager. Password reset links can be sent to your account email, so protect that mailbox too and enable multifactor authentication there when supported.

Review NordicHost account security

  1. Open Settings → Security in your customer account.
  2. Review the password reset action. If your password was exposed or is reused elsewhere, request a reset link and set a new unique password.
  3. On the same page, review Active sessions. Compare devices, browsers and recent activity with your own devices. IP addresses may change, for example on mobile networks.
  4. Sign out unrecognized devices or select Sign out other devices.
  5. After making changes, confirm that you recognize remaining sessions and can sign in on your own device.

Recognize phishing

Open the customer panel from your bookmark or by typing its familiar address. Do not rely only on a sender's display name or an urgent payment demand. Verify an unexpected invoice while signed in to your customer account. Never send passwords, reset links or API keys in messages.

If you suspect unauthorized access

Change the password from a trusted device, end other sessions and review your email account's protection. Rotate any exposed application keys with their issuing services too. Contact support with the activity you observed and its time. If a reset message does not arrive, check the correct email address and spam folder.
