Select the right service
cPanel manages web hosting and email services that include it. Hosting for AI-built websites has its own management view. You need an active cPanel service and permission to view the service and sign in to its control panel.
Open the control panel
- Sign in to the NordicHost customer portal.
- Open your web hosting or email service details. Check the domain if you have several services.
- Select Login to cPanel. The control panel opens in a new tab using single sign-on.
- Find the required tool using cPanel search. Search for names such as Email Accounts, File Manager, Domains or WP Toolkit.
If the button is missing or does not work
Check that the service is active and that you opened a product using cPanel. An invited user may have fewer permissions than the customer account owner. Ask the owner to review your access.
If your browser blocks the new tab, allow it for the NordicHost portal and try again. A one-time sign-in link can expire; start a new connection using the portal button.
Confirm a successful sign-in
cPanel's home page shows the domains and tools available for that service. Do not save or share an address containing a session token. For repeated connection errors, include the service name and error message in a support ticket, without including the sign-in link.
