Before you start

You need active hosting for AI-built websites, permission to manage it and a GitHub repository containing your application. Test installation, building and startup on your computer first. Keep secrets in environment variables, outside the repository.

Deploy the application

  1. Open your hosting for AI-built websites in your customer account and select Open dashboard. The dashboard opens in a new tab.
  2. Select Add New → Website and give the application a recognizable name.
  3. Choose From your GitHub, connect GitHub if necessary, and select the repository and branch to deploy. For a public repository, you can also choose Public repository and paste its full repository URL.
  4. Leave Subfolder empty when the project is at the repository root. Otherwise enter its folder, such as /apps/web.
  5. Choose Automatic (Nixpacks) for a conventional Node.js project or Dockerfile when the project includes a Dockerfile prepared for deployment.
  6. Select Create and deploy. Open the website's Deploys page to follow the first deployment.

Verify the result

When deployment completes, open the website address and test its main functions. Add the variables your application needs on the Environment page; saving them redeploys the application. The application must use the PORT variable supplied by hosting and accept connections from outside its own process.

If deployment fails

Open the failed deployment and find the first substantive error in its log. Check the branch, subfolder, package.json and missing variables. If the repository is missing, check GitHub connection permissions. If creation is unavailable, check the service status, your management permissions and the plan's website limit.
