What do you need?

You need a service that includes email, cPanel access and a domain attached to that service. If the domain's email is hosted elsewhere, plan the migration before changing MX records. Creating a mailbox does not itself move old messages or change internet mail routing.

Create the mailbox

  1. Open your service in the NordicHost customer portal and select Login to cPanel.
  2. Open Email Accounts > Create.
  3. Select the correct domain. Enter the first part of the address, such as info. Check the resulting full address.
  4. Set a strong password and save it securely.
  5. Review mailbox storage and the other displayed options. Allocate storage within your plan's limits.
  6. Select Create, wait for confirmation and open Check Email for the account.

Verify the result

Send a message from webmail to another provider and reply to it. If sending works but receiving fails, check the domain's MX records and mail routing. Do not replace the MX records of a working Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace service without planning the migration.

If the domain is missing from the list or an account limit prevents creation, review the service's domains and plan limits. Find phone or Outlook settings under Connect Devices for the new account.
