Set up email on iPhone and iPad
Add your NordicHost mailbox to Apple Mail and check its outgoing mail settings.

Prepare your connection details
Open cPanel through your service and go to Email Accounts > Connect Devices. Note the secure server hostnames. Your username is your full email address; use the mailbox's own password.
Add the mailbox to Mail
- Open Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts > Add Account on your iPhone. Older iOS versions use Settings > Mail > Accounts.
- Select Other > Add Mail Account. Enter your name, email address, password and an account description.
- Choose IMAP. Enter the incoming and outgoing hostnames and your full email address and password in both sections. Complete the outgoing credentials even if the fields say optional.
- Save the account and enable Mail.
- Check advanced account settings if needed: incoming mail uses SSL and port 993. The primary SMTP server needs authentication and 465 / SSL/TLS, or the 587 / STARTTLS combination offered by your service.
Test and finish
Open Mail, send a test message and check the reply. If sent messages appear in different folders, use the advanced account settings to select server folders for sent mail, drafts and deleted messages.
Repeated password prompts can be caused by an incorrect SMTP password even when receiving works. Update the password for both connections. For certificate errors, compare the hostname with cPanel and check the device's date and time. Do not accept an unknown certificate.
