Sign in to the WordPress dashboard
Open wp-admin from WP Toolkit or sign in with your website's own credentials.

Distinguish the different accounts
The NordicHost customer portal, cPanel and WordPress are separate management interfaces. WordPress direct sign-in uses a username and password created on that website. Your customer portal password is not automatically your WordPress password.
Open the dashboard from WP Toolkit
- Open cPanel for the correct hosting service and select WP Toolkit or WordPress Management.
- Find the site card by its domain and installation path.
- Select Log in, if available.
- Check the website name and address in the WordPress dashboard before making changes.
If an existing WordPress installation is missing, Scan may detect it. Detection does not require installing a new website.
Sign in directly or reset a password
Open your site's HTTPS address with /wp-admin/ appended. For a site installed in a subdirectory, include that installation path. A security plugin may change the default sign-in address.
For a forgotten password, use Lost your password? on the login page. The message goes to the address associated with the WordPress user. Check the spam folder. If the message does not arrive, Setup on the WP Toolkit site card may provide administrator credential controls.
If sign-in repeatedly returns to the login page, try a private browser window and check the website's HTTPS address. If the dashboard still will not open, record the exact error and contact support. Do not share single sign-on or password reset links.
